The East Midlands Hub of the NIHR Mental Health Research Network will be hosting the 4th annual MHRN Scientific Conference at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham. The conference will be multidisciplinary, bridging basic and clinical science through to public mental health. The focus will be on showcasing high quality, international research; the key to better understanding of causes and treatments of individual disorders in real life settings. The MHRN Scientific Organising Committee welcomes abstracts for poster presentations, which fit into the general theme of the 2009 conference and on research topics which are of value to carers and service users.
