
Administration – Honorary contracts, LREC approval, R&D Approval
If the project is taking place at an NHS trust that is part of a Hub, the Hub Manager can organise local ethical approval, R&D approval and arrange the honorary contracts.
Recruitment – Clinical Studies Officers
Clinical Studies Officers are available at each Hub to assist researchers in a number of ways, principally identifying patients eligible for the project and providing information and support for participants.

Recruitment – Social Care and Primary Care Services
There is a Social Care Lead and a Primary Care Lead at each Hub who can facilitate recruitment from social care and primary care services respectively. See 'Hubs' section of this website for details of the Social Care and Primary Care Leads at each Hub.
IT - e-Science Officers
e-Science Officers are available at each Hub to assist researchers and provide information, training and support of available IT systems. In particular, e-Science Officers can assist with the implementation and support of PsyGrid, the MHRN electronic data entry system:
Communications – Publicity
Hub Managers can assist in publicising the project within their Hub.
Communications – Site Implementation Group
Hubs can set up a Site Implementation Group for each member trust involved in the project to monitor recruitment and troubleshoot when necessary.
Communications – Project Meetings
The Hub can arrange and coordinate project meetings.
